It has some slight scratches from years of use, It has layers of little ditty boxes and a tray that is on top.the wood tray has handles and when you lift it out there is the old roulette wheel with probably not so old chips. On top is a game,  it had instructions, these are maybe bakelite or catlin square tiles with color dot in center. The instructions have it call NU Monte Carlo blocks. Other games you can play with them is pOker, Cassino Game, Rhum Dominoe Game,  there are cards for these as well as a game card for something call HOO DOO. the cup for dice looks to be bakelite along with the small disc chips on top layer, they are multi colors of greens etc. The copyright on cards and direction is 1936. This is a super well made box, i could not get pictures to describe how nice it is and HEAVY. On the base of roulette wheel is just marked Made iin USA Game. Some of the numbers are worn off the roulette wheel from using it so much. there is a round place where the roulette fits right in. this was made for this game set.
