Offered here is an Antique Victorian 1860s-1880s 6 Door Cigar Humidor/Holder. Rare form features a finial, which turns to open six doors, which each have ornately embossed brass holders for three cigars for a total of 24 cigar holders! Entertain in style with this rare find! Made of solid wood grain painted to look like rosewood, accented with an embonized base and interior. Ornately embossed brass hardware depicting foliage and scrolls adorns doors and edges. Hand turned finial is accented with white milk glass buttons. Mechanics are made of hand carved wood! A rare antique piece from the Victorian era! Item is in excellent working condition; doors occasionally stick. One door is missing its brass adornment. Leans to one side slightly. Some of the cigar holders are slightly bent. Overall minor wear to wood. A 1/2“ chip to finial. Measures approximately 10" high including finial on a 7.75“ base with 5.5“ tall doors. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
