Stamped on front "DAVIS LEVEL & TOOL CO." and "PAT. SEPT. 17, 1867". It is 6" long. I am told that the two Bolt and Nut Holes on the ends are not original to piece, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to confirm that myself- I'm sure you experts will know. Otherwise looks to be in pretty good condition, with Level Bubble working fine. You are getting it just as I found it out of estate tool room. Some wear to the black paint.
