It is comprised of 3 machines. The main cylinder shaving machine and two playback machines. 2 out of the three of these machines are in large and very heavy metal cabinets. Large detailed pics can be seen here: Link to pics Nothing has been tested or plugged in. One of the drawers in the shaver is full of blank cylinders. Many blank cylinders in the other machines cabinet as well. Headphones and mouth pieces included. All the important pieces are intact. Nothing looks broken. Everything seems to be here and complete. Looks well taken care of. That's not to say it couldn't use a good cleaning. There is some surface rust here and there, but nothing major.
