Nice floral design, with the gilding done in aesthetic style. Likely from c.1890's.  Estate Find.  Unmarked. Dimensions are 4" tall (10cm) by 3 1/2" wide (9cm). Condition: overall very good without any damage to the glass. Some wear to the gilding but most of it is still there. The hinge is a little loose & fragile but working.
