It has brass blades and protective cage. Model # 193720---Type 21666. There is one brass screw missing on the cage and the cloth covering is frayed at the plug. (see photo) I see no other apologies. The cloth covered cord is 12 1/2' long. Why so long? I haven't a clue.  It runs well and oscillates on all 3 speeds.  If you use the BUY-IT-NOW option I will pay shipping and the extra insurance. (to the 48 contiguous states) If you make an offer and I accept you will be responsible for the shipping and the extra insurance if you desire it. I will ship UPS (the first $100 of insurance coverage is free with UPS) and I will pack very well. Shipping weight will probably be in the 30 pound range.
