Description Emerson 12" Brass Cage/Brass Blades Stationary Fan One of Emerson's most highly sought after "series" of fans is their 19--- series.  Up for bid is a 19646(circa 1913).   Notice the classic yoke  and the "step" base that creates the  beautiful " line" of the fan--- creating great  popularity with collectors.  The cast iron hub brass  Parker blade( patent date of Sept. 12, 1899 stamped on ) is highly polished, aligned perfectly, and is virtually flawless except for a very small repaired nick on the edge of one blade.  The fan is  beautifully restored, highly collectible/useable and has the durability/quality of early Emerson brass blade/cage fans.   It runs extremely smooth and quiet on all three speeds and has that stunning/impressive look of a " brass on brass" fan.
