Description Emerson  model 29648 Brass blade Oscillating Fan This 16" (circa 1923),  highly collectible,  Emerson oscillating fan is very beautifully restored.  The fan runs perfectly efficient on all 3 speeds, and has that elegant/eye-catching appeal of a brass blade fan.  This fan has the "improved" Parker Blades which results in a quieter  operation while at the same time increases air flow. Certainly, this Emerson will be a great addition to your collection while providing the durability/quality  of a  "highly usable" fan. The restoration includes lubrication ofoscillator gears, cleaning and oiling of bearings, alignment and high polish of brass blades, painting with black professional grade enamel topped with a lacquered surface for durability, integrity of motor windings verified, replacement of head wires,  and is assembled with new cord and antique plug.
