The table fan has a serial number of 703830. We did try and plug it in and it did not work, there might be just a wire loose because it appears to be in very clean condition. It measures 19 inches in height, the cage is 13 inches in diameter, the base is 8 inches in diameter. It has a large gear mechanism on back which i have not seen before on one of these type fans.
