Description GE 16" Brass Bell Oscillator(circa 1920)  The Brass Bell Oscillators were one of GE's most durable and efficient brass blade fans.  The quality of their motors and oscillator gears was outstanding.  The fan up for auction is painted a hunter green and matches extremely well with the brass blades.   It runs perfectly efficient on all 3 speeds, and has that elegant/eye-catching appeal of a brass blade fan. Certainly, this GE  is  beautifully restored, very collectible and will be a great addition to your collection. The restoration includes lubrication ofoscillator gears, cleaning and oiling of bearings, alignment and high polish of brass blades,painting with hunter green professional grade enamel topped with a lacquered surfacefor durability, integrity of motor windings verified,  replacement of headwires, and is assembled withnew cord and vintage plug.
