Shipping will be limited to United States street addresses; no PO Box deliveries.  Shipping method will be UPS Ground; $20 to continental US addresses; $25 for Alaska or Hawaii.  (I am including $300 of insured value in the shipping cost for our mutual protection).  Should you require a more expedited level of service than UPS Ground, please contact me in advance, otherwise it will be the default service.  I will package the bottle as follows:  Wrapped and securely taped with bubble wrap, packed and securely taped in an oversized cardboard box, suspended in styrofoam peanuts.
