CO. Insulator. This is one of the crudest Diamond groove insulators I have come across. It even has surface milk fizz as well as the internal milk. It is a bright blue and is just a stunning insulator all around. Ask questions early and we will be glad to answer your questions promptly.   Damage Report:        There is small nicks and chips around the shoulder area. The is a base flake chip about 1 3/4 inches long. There are a few pecks on the dome. Sounds worse than it is as the crudeness seems to hide most of the damage mentioned.
