Starting to list today the inventory of a retail store, that sold '' Haute Couture '' fabrics of high quality in upper town in old Quebec city.  This lot comes from an estate and have been stored since many years and kept in very good condition.   All the fabrics are amazing and very rare to find at this low price.  This auction is for a beautiful vintage irridescent organza pure silk fabric. It is a fine, sheer, lightweight, crisp fabric.  Can be used on either side.  It would be very nice for all types of after 5 dresses, trimming, neckwear, millinery and underlinings for delicate, sheer materials, as well as an underlining for other fabrics that require a bit of stiffness without weight.  Size is 3 yards x 36 inches wide. Colours is irish green and royal blue.  The weft ( horizontal ) threads are blue and the warp threads ( vertical ) are green.  Excellent condition.  It has never been used. It cost $8.55 to ship it by air ail insured for the lost everywhere in the USA.
